Connect to Server with IP

HCL Notes/Domino 8.5 Forum (includes Notes Traveler)

We had strange problems with Android as well. Although we defined a URL for connecting to our Traveler server (setup in this manner - http://www.dominoguru.com/pages/noupgradetraveler852viacrosscerts.html), the only way we could configure the Android devices was as follows:

- Setup Android with Gmail account
- Download & install Firefox
- Connect to the Traveler server via URL
- Configure Traveler connection with public IP

I don't know if this will help, but it was the public IP in the configuration that allowed us to activate and use Androids with Traveler.
